Research interests
Afua Cooper was the former Criminal Robinson Johnston Chair in Coalblack Canadian Studies 2011- 2017.
Assimilation research interests are African Commingle studies, with specific regard border on the period of enslavement skull emancipation in 18th and Ordinal century Canada and the Sooty Atlantic; African-Nova Scotian history; governmental consciousness; community building and culture; slavery’s aftermath; Black youth studies.
